The standard PADI Instructor Development Course teaches you how to develop your own teaching style within the PADI framework. We don’t want to train robots to pass an exam we want to create real world thinking for you who can apply what you learn to all types of realistic teaching scenarios. We can teach all our Internships in English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Danish and Indonesian.

Bali has long been known as a paradise for divers of all levels which big wrecks, amazing coral reefs and some of the most amazing marine life with Manta Rays and Mola Mola. Learn to become a PADI instructor in paradise with quality training that matches the beauty of Bali! Crystal Divers Bali was the first Career Development Centre in Indonesia and as such has a wide network of dive centres and resorts that ask for our IDC graduates as employees. Which means that the vast majority of our candidates are employed into the industry extremely quickly after certification.

Our goal is to create the industry leaders of tomorrow and as such our PADI IDC’s include many additional workshops designed to put you in the best, most employable position after your training. PADI Platinum Course Directors will mentor you through and extensive IDC Internship that is so dedicated to training we have an unlimited time internship policy. This means that you can come as early as you like prior to your IDC and brush up on knowledge, skills and assist on courses that will give you a greater understanding of the IDC ahead. We also offer unlimited team teaching experience to only our IDC candidates for free! you can stay with us and work with our senior instructors guidance as you teach your first courses.
